The comparison is not exactly subtle, and is certainly an instance of Godwin’s Law, but it’s still a possible example of how those who have little if anything to do with the prosecution of a war—such as World Jewry, or peaceniks—are blamed for the failures of inept warriors who insist, repeatedly, on fighting wars they cannot possibly win.
